Dorky and Weird

So, I was having this discussion with a friend of mine today... about... well, food losing flavor by how you eat it The conversation began because we were drooling about italian cuisine and how great, delicious, perfect, cheesy... As I was saying, we were talking about italian food and started talking about spaghetti bolognese (disclaimer: had to google its spelling) , and one thing led to another and we started discussing about cutting or rolling the pasta. Hey guys! If you guys aren't aware, I've been studying Veterinary Medicine for the past 4 years now. Only 2 more to go *crowd goes wild*. I'm going to be 100% real with you. It has not been easy in the slightest. Specially this past semester. OMG. Just thinking about it makes me start sweating... Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love what I'm studying and I am well aware how rare that is, these days. Studying something for what you are so fucking passionate about. Although I absolutely love almost-being-a-vet, this past semester was rough. When I say rough, i mean rough. Almost having a nervous breakdown rough. No exaggeration whatsoever. Why you wonder. Well, whoever is reading , having classes com 8am to 6/8pm most days, and then getting home and having to do a gazillion reports and projects every single week. Hey guys! I went to the supermarket yesterday and my dad decided to buy 6 Pasteis de Nata (yes, 6... My dad has a sweet-tooth). You're probably thinking "what in the world is that?". Well *whoever is reading this*, a Pastel de Nata is a traditional Portuguese pastry made with eggs, milk, flour... Well, there are a tonne of different recipes online, incase you wanna try them out. Some people like the Pasteis de Nata to be slightly warm and with a touch of cinnamon and powdered sugar... I'm fine with whatever really... haha Honestly, I've never made one, just cause here in Portugal, wherever you go and at whatever time, you will find Pasteis de Nata. I'm too lazy to make them when I see a GAZILLION every single day! Haha xp Plus, they're quite cheap too!! (It depends on place to place but the average is 0.25 euros ) Here are some reasons why they are so GREAT...  The outside is soo crispy and flaky ! The inside is soo soft and creamy !...

Hey guys!! Yesterday I reached 100 followers and 3500 views and my parents I thought it would be a good excuse to go out for dinner... :p We decided to go to Nosolo Italia  at the Marina in Vilamoura (one of the best in the world!). The restaurant we went to is an Italian restaurant that exists in several places in Portugal (Lisbon, Albufeira etc).  I love this restaurant. Here's why: Beautiful views, Staff is so nice!! Food is delicious  Not very expensive at all (15€ average) Great ice creams too! But I was too full...haha If you have the opportunity to visit, I would definitely recommend!! Nosolo Italia has an array of bussinesses, from restaurants to clothing stores to bars and  CLUBS (nosolo aquamoments) !! Photo of last week, below (It was packed last night!
