Springtime/Summertime Lippies!

Hey guys!

To be honest, I don't believe in wearing 'certain' shades during the warmer months. I wear whatever I want basically haha

I'm not one of those girls who has really pigmented lips so I like wearing lipsticks that stain a little, so that during the day (eating, drinking, taking etc) there is a little colour on my lips still. :p

So I thought I'd share with you my favorite shades for spring/summer. There are nudes, browns, pinks, purples and peaches.

Ps: it was really difficult to take so many selfies, plus I couldn't be bothered to put on makeup today so bare with me... Hahaha

MAC

Costa Chic - this has a frost finish but doesn't look 'frosty' at all. This is a beautiful summery shade, but I find it suits me better when I pat it on and when I'm tanned. When I'm really pale (like ghost-white pale) this lipstick looks sooo bad on me you wouldn't believe.
Faux - this is a satin finish and it's my perfect pink nude. Definitely my favorite lipstick cause it goes with everything!!

Covergirl - Lip perfection jumbo gloss balm

Coral twist - this is a glossy pretty coral leaning more on the orange side. It's very moisturizing but not as shiny as a gloss would be (I don't like glosses so this is the perfect BALANCE for me lol)
Watermelon twist - this has a very similar texture to Coral Twist but it's a little bit more drying. It's a beautiful warm tone pink! Not as bright as coral twist.

Too Faced 

Melted Violet - this is a very bright violet shade. Almost neon. It's such a fun shade!!! I love wearing this and patting it on so it's not as bright. Cause I can't pull it off... Haha x) I wear it full on when I'm home... I'm such a rebel I know! :p

L'oreal Caresse 

Impulsive Fuchsia - this is one of my favorite 'put-this-on-and-you-won't-look-dead' lipsticks!! It's a bright and hydrating lipstick, like most of the others, I just tap this on and I'm good to go. I've had so many people asking me if that was my real lip colour. Yes, yes it is with a little help of my loreal caresse lipstick! Haha



NYX Soft Matte Lipcream

Antwerp - this is like MACs Costa Chic. I can only pull it off during summer (when I'm tanned a cream kind of colour) due to it's undertone. It's a beautiful colour and dries down to a matte but it's not tooo drying on the lips. Plus it smells like CAKE CAKE CAKE!!!

Essence 

Cute Pink - this is my go-to lip liner! It's just... Well... A cute pink!! Goes with everything!

(It kind of matched my jacket lol)
