Easiest 'Non-Panda-Like' Smokey Eye

Image
Hey guys! It's finally that time of the year... Clubbing season ! Haha  Here in Vilamoura, there are a gazillion different clubs (eg: Seven, Bliss, Buddah etc) that open especially for summer! I always have the best time, dancing and just having fun with friends! :) But honestly, one of my favorite parts about clubbing is the 'getting ready' part! Choosing the outfit, doing the makeup etc. Anyone with me? (Believe it or not... This is me tanned... Lol)

And... I'm Out The Door!

Hey guys! First of all, I wanna say I'm really sorry I took so long to write a post. I had the craziest couple of weeks! Moving to Lisbon, starting uni, getting used to living by myself etc... I've been having so much fun during classes and outside lessons it's crazy. I know I'd like it but not THIS much! haha I'm way too excited right now :p Ok, moving on to what this post is really about... (One of) My Favorite Makeup looks for Uni!  Here's why: Quick! Easy Peasy Simple Not much fussing Multitasking products Not TOO MUCH but still gives that sense that you put some type of effort into looking decent but still looking effortless... Did that make any sense at all? I had so much fun taking these pics for this post. Without the thought of sounding conceded, I'm really proud of how the pictures turned out! :) haha

The Swamp thing! A.k.a. Yours Truly with a Face Mask

Image
Hey guys! A couple of weeks ago, I bought this face mask and I've been dying to try it out.  Well, yesterday I felt like it was  The day  (plus, my skin was having a rough week for some reason). This was the first face mask I've ever tried (I tried making a yoghurt and strawberry mask once... Let's just say I couldn't stop laughing cause it went terribly wrong!). This is  The Body Shop Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask - 1.50€.  There was also the same mask in a jar form, and I think it was around 20€, but I wanted to try it before buying the jar.  I wanted a face mask that would clean my skin and if possible, mattify my skin. This one did exactly that!! :) I was super impressed with the application and results!! I would recommend it to everyone!  Here is my personal thoughts about it and  BEWARE ... Some no makeup and  Swamp monster-like  selfies!!

I think I found the best eyeliner (to date)

Image
Hey guys! For a long time, I thought eyeliner was the most difficult still anyone could ever posses. But after a little practice, it has became quite an easy thing to do. If you're struggling with eyeliner, practice . That's the best advice I can give. For a few days, before removing my makeup, I would try to draw my eyeliner. Without a wing and with a wing.  This way, even if I did mess up, I was going to take my makeup anyway! :) Using a pen eyeliner is the fastest way do do your eyeliner (in my opinion of course) because if you use a gel eyeliner, you have to use a brush with it and bla bla. I've had a couple of eyeliners before but the  Essence eyeliner pen waterproof - €3 is definitely one is my favourites!!  I've had this for 9 months now and it's still going strong!!! :o When I don't have much time, I'll occasionally just wear this eyeliner and some mascara and leave the house! :)

Just another day #1

Image
Hey guys!! When I have an unordinary day, I'll post some pics of that day... Makes sense? Maybe not. Lol you'll get it. I think. Hahaha Anyways... I went to Faro and Olhão with my parents. It was a fun day looking at crazy seaguls and amazing graffiti!! Hope you like the photos :) (That Smart car is really cute!) (Here's the Artists' contact incase you're interested!) Stay dorky and weird! Xoxo Jessy ♥

Help with Eyeliner - Gel

Image
I've used gel eyeliner forever and so I wanted to share some info about them cause surprisingly it seems really difficult but it's really not! :) here are my thoughts! When I started getting interested in eyeliner (basically because I just couldn't draw a wing with a pen eyeliner. I would try to draw a wing and it would almost reach my ear... No joke.), I decided to start off by buying the MAC fluidline in Blacktrack - €18.50 . This was because at the time, it was the only one everyone was talking about and the reviews were great!!! Using the pot almost every single day *even if it was just to tight line*, when I reached 2/3 of it, the rest was completely dry!! I don't know if it was the fact that MAC pots don't fully close...  I would try to draw a wing and chuncks of eyeliner would stick on to my lid... It was just gross! And pieces of eyeliner would then fall onto my eyelashes. The eyeliner that a had once loved so much, was now letting me ...
