Dorky and Weird

Carnival is quite a big holiday here in Portugal. I think it might have the same importance as Halloween, but it just lasts longer. While Halloween lasts only for one day, Carnival lasts for four days. Yes, FOUR DAYS! People celebrate though out the country, with the most creative outfits, and children take their carnival celebrations to their schools, their school bags filled with silly strings and confetti. Personally, I LOVE dressing up!! Absolutely love it. Being silly, having fun... My first outfit choice this year was a chick onesie buuuut because we were heading to a club, I thought maybe a portable sauna wasn't a good idea. Nothing to wear as a costume? Just stuff your face with glitter and hope for the best... My gorgeous friends and I. Lust in rio - Lisbon. Carnaval de Torres Vedras. Hey guys! It's finally that time of the year... Clubbing season ! Haha  Here in Vilamoura, there are a gazillion different clubs (eg: Seven, Bliss, Buddah etc) that open especially for summer! I always have the best time, dancing and just having fun with friends! :) But honestly, one of my favorite parts about clubbing is the 'getting ready' part! Choosing the outfit, doing the makeup etc. Anyone with me? (Believe it or not... This is me tanned... Lol)

Hey guys! This week has been sooo crazy you wouldn't believe! My family was here, then my best friend/uni roomie came to visit for a week! I don't know about you guys but personally I love seeing what other people wear when they go out!! Is that creepy? :o haha I love love to dance when I go out and last summer I ended up carrying my shoes at the end of the night cause I couldn't do it anymore... So this summer I decided to wear sandals or wedges!! And what a heck of a choice this was!! I've been able to enjoy myself MUCH more cause I don't have to worry about my feet hurting so bad I'd rather saw them off... dramatic much? But if you've ever wore heels, you know the feeling!!   I live in probably the most touristic place in Portugal (a place called Vilamoura) and there are loads of great clubs here!
