Dorky and Weird

Hey guys! Summer is finally here, and when I'm not wearing a Fun Lipstick (post  here ), I love wearing a colouful eyeliner or using a little pop of colour wherever really (on the inner corner, or even on the lower waterline).  Today, I thought I'd share with you an eye look (is that what this is called? Lol) that I love rocking during spring/summer! I chose to wear a mint eyeliner but I found that using the mint shade on it's own made my eyes look a little washed out and... Odd looking. Haha So drew a tinyyyy black wing to balance it out. It's such an easy look you wouldn't believe! It's quite subtle but it has that fun little pop of colour . Plus it brings out your eye colour!! :)

Hey guys! To be honest, I don't believe in wearing 'certain' shades during the warmer months. I wear whatever I want basically haha I'm not one of those girls who has really pigmented lips so I like wearing lipsticks that  stain  a little, so that during the day (eating, drinking, taking etc) there is a little colour on my lips still. :p So I thought I'd share with you my  favorite shades for spring/summer.  There are nudes, browns, pinks, purples and peaches. Ps : it was really difficult to take so many selfies, plus I couldn't be bothered to put on makeup today so bare with me... Hahaha 

Hey guys! Did anyone get the Grease reference in the title? :p I don't know about you, but I find it really difficult finding a mascara that  truly is waterproof !! I've tried several "Waterproof" mascaras and let me tell you, whoever had the brilliant idea of writing "waterproof" on the packaging should probably go find another job!! Haha :p Every "waterproof" mascara I've tried to this day have left me looking like a panda (no offense to pandas. It's just not the look I'm going for) or glueing my eyes shut (and I mean SHUT)... I tried this  Essence get big Lashes in the waterproof version - €2.5   and at first, I though it would smudge all over cause it leaves so much product on the lashes... I was wrong!  This is the BEST WATERPROOF MASCARA I've tried!! It's not perfect (I haven't found one yet) but it's pretty close! (As per usual, I have a list of Pros and Cons below) Ps: I went underwater ...

Hey guys! For a long time, I thought eyeliner was the most difficult still anyone could ever posses. But after a little practice, it has became quite an easy thing to do. If you're struggling with eyeliner, practice . That's the best advice I can give. For a few days, before removing my makeup, I would try to draw my eyeliner. Without a wing and with a wing.  This way, even if I did mess up, I was going to take my makeup anyway! :) Using a pen eyeliner is the fastest way do do your eyeliner (in my opinion of course) because if you use a gel eyeliner, you have to use a brush with it and bla bla. I've had a couple of eyeliners before but the  Essence eyeliner pen waterproof - €3 is definitely one is my favourites!!  I've had this for 9 months now and it's still going strong!!! :o When I don't have much time, I'll occasionally just wear this eyeliner and some mascara and leave the house! :)

Hey guys! A couple of days ago, I started having a soar throat and now I feel even worst... :(

Today, I felt like experimenting with my makeup! Do you ever have those days where you wake up and think "I wanna have fun with my makeup today!"? No...? Well I did! Haha I know I wanted to use a colouful eyeshadow as an eyeliner... And while I was looking through all my eyeshadows, I came across this beautiful coppery shade on my Sleek - Original palette. 

Hey guys! I went shopping yesterday and bought a couple things. :) I bought a MAC lipstick in Velvet Teddy - €18.50 Velvet Teddy is a matte lipstick but don't worry cause it's not drying... I would describe it almost as a satin finish... Don't know why it's described as 'matte'. I'm my opinion it's not 100% matte... Never mind, each their own I guess... Lol Plus, if you can't deal with lipsticks more on the matte/satin finish, you can always wear a lip balm before or after applying it! The way I would describe it is 'a brown-ish, with a peachy undertone'. Hope you kind of got it! ;) And OMG... It's sooo beautiful!! I never really got why everyone started freaking out about this shade. Now I do. I only bought it yesterday and I know I'm gonna start coordinating my outfits around the lipstick (does anyone else do this?). This lipstick goes with every eye look and skin tone.
