Dorky and Weird

Hey guys! Today I felt inspired to write a post about the almond trees . You're probably confused. Let me explain... Ps: here are some pictures of almond trees and also some goofy pictures of myself with the trees... I just couldn't help myself... Hehehe Where I live, (southern Portugal in the region of the Algarve) around January/February, Almond trees start to bloom. When fully bloomed, these almond trees seem to be covered in snow! It doesn't snow in the Algarve so it's is truly wonderful to watch. For centuries, this tree has been a landmark or southern Portugal, and a reason for visit of many tourists.  If you ever have the opportunity so witness this, you will truly understand the beauty and somewhat magical effect these flowers create. But honestly, the truly magical part about these trees is the story or myth behind these trees. This week's random favorite has been  Frosties Cereals. Frosties have been my obsession lately!! I normally eat them without milk or a spoon. I eat it plain like I'm eating raisins or something (I hate raisins but I think you get the point). When I'm watching tv or reading a book, I normally feel like eating something... Anyone else like this? ;) So instead of eating candy or chocolate, I've been reaching for Frosties lately. Thinking about Frosties, I'm going to get a bowl right now... Heyy! Lately I've been totally obsessed with the LOB ... Yes a LOB ... I too only found out today that a LOB is a longer version of a bob! Oh my, the things people make up these days... Just the thought of someone saying "ouu cute LOB!" to someone, cracks me up!!! :D Why so serious? * .* Plus, I don't know about you guys, but personally, I am SUPER LAZY with hair and to be honest, not good at styling it... :\ But with shorter hair, I can straighten it, put loads of products in it (volumizing mousses and stuff...  I told you I wasn't good at hai r!! Haha), curl it (in many ways), frizz it etc!!  When I had longer hair, I just didn't have the patience to style it. But now... Hold me back!!   I'm styling the crap out of my hair!!  Heheheh I'm thinking about cutting some extra centimeters of my LOB (still weirddd) and I found these amazing hairstyles during my research! And a pro about the LOB is that the messier it gets, ...

Today was a historic day in my life and thought I'd share it with you. My parents decided to take me to these empty streets and teach me how to drive. It was the first time I had ever made a car move! O.M.G. And... I didn't crash! Not even on a sidewalk! I consider that a win! I'm going to start taking my driving lessons (in Portugal you can only drive when you're 18) in February and to be honest, I was crapping myself with fear before getting behind the wheel. But after all, it wasn't as scary as I had expected... Thank the lord! I figured out you have more control of the breaks and that soothed me. Sure ok... The maximum speed I got to was 20km/h but to be honest, it seemed as if I was going at 100km/h!! And that was my little adventure of the day. Hope you had a great day! Xoxo Jessy💗
